I was speaking to my buddy Dan Fichter at and he was sharing with me how he is getting incredible gains with athletes using super super super super slow movements.  I have used this same concept to help a number of patients get some instantaneous improvement.  When I taught this to Sean Lee of the Dallas Cowboys, he got a 50% improvement in his hamstring strain in less than 4 minutes.
